So it's as I thought... we're not getting Minmatar V3 on May 22. CCP should have come out and said this instead of continuously dodging or hinting otherwise when directly asked if they'd be in for the launch of Inferno.

They may not be in launch, yet there is plenty of time for them to be included within Inferno. There is no reason for them to have a specific date for such work as the art department seems to be stretched in many directions between new hulls, updating old missile hulls, new skins (beyond t2 as well as pirate and other npc factions variations we don't fly), new turret models, new effects and so on.

Khanid ships have correct Khanid logos.

Is there any reason for this change in the logical TII painting scheme? (CreoDron ships have CreoDron logos, Lai Dai ships have Lai Dai logos and so on...).

Maybe somethings coming? Uproar within the amarr houses?

I just changed my favorite ship in EVE from the Curse to the Pilgrim.

Its a shame the "sensor" pods on the sides of the Curse got removed though.. without the blinking blue lights it looks a lot less like a police officer...

Naaa, major issue(over sight) 1 spotted. Like most ships with fewer guns and huge inate dmg bonus... There are unused graphical hard points that just make it look like amateur hour... Other than that it looks pretty good. The navy apoc on the other hand... Looks just unfinished compared to Bhall.

maybe because the amarr emprie aren't so corporate and their ship design firms are all backed by certain ideologies? iirc It is longstanding lore that Carthum is the mainstream amarr ship design firm and that Viziam is more associated with certain lower houses, in particular the ones that are pushing back against the imperial seat and backing oldschool slaver ideologies? I'm not an RPer or antyhing, but that jsut seems like it's their basic idea, and it's one that is a bit more fitting with the amarr fluff. The basic color schemes are the same, and tbh it makes more sense this way than to put branding on the ships because the amarr wouldn't do that. they aren't like gallente or cladari, etc etc. not to mention, the royal house logos look SO much cooler than the corporate logos. you really want carthum logos and viziam logos on your sexy T2 amarr ships? really? yeah I didn't think so. The gallente ships look very "nascar" and that, tbh, is exactly how gallente should be. But it is NOT how amarr ships should be.

also, the new amarr V3s are so sexxxy that they are makign blood vessels on my **** burst please make them look less awesome so i do not die or at least lose my penis thnx.

This might be correct because the actual empress of the Empire is Jamyl Sarum from house Sarum, they're painting their family emblem in Carthum Tech II ships. And some minor houses like Ardishapur are tied to Viziam, it's an idea.

CCP Unifex said on stage at Fanfest that "Minmatar V3 will happen for Inferno", it's in the CCP presents video.

Also sure, it may not happen on the 22nd, but Inferno is a staggered release, it will happen this summer.

You do realize that the Amarr v3's are coming to Tranquility in about 17 days, right?

Also, whoever said they hate they new Paladin, gtfo of here... I LOVE the new Paladin.

Paladin 01

Paladin 02

Absolution

That is just pure sex... I love the Carthum color scheme. I just wish they'd change the Viziam's green..
