i would think so....haven't been able to access act man for atleast 20 minutes now......its killing me as im trying to sell gtcs!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I'm trying to renew subscription on a just-expired account and it would appear that CCP no longer want my custom. I guess they'll fix it eventually. )
