Issues with Manticore

Ive just completed training to get myself into a manticore and bought all the mods i would like to fit to it.

The issue is, when i got to fit my 3 Arbalest Cruise Launchers it cant online them as i dont have enough Power Grid. Arnt i meant to get a % decrease to siege launchers on the Manticore or am i just using the wrong launchers?

Wrong launchers. Put in Seige for Torps.
