Since EVE-Gate forums are proving to be problematic for me, looking for suggestions for best non-eveonline hosted forums? I know there are several about since I see quotes from them fairly often in various places. Sooo, looking for a consensus from EVE pilots. Thanks in advance!

Seriously though, EVE isn't known for freindly forums (not in this day and age), so short of taking a time machine back to the early day forums when people actually helped each other; your best bet would be Failheap or Kugu.

All forums have trolls, EVE is like a troll magnet - I wonder why Big smile
Unfortunately for you, this means you're a bit short on options unless you're willing to compromise and deal with people that live and breathe to shoot your comment down :tinfoil:

The k-one is legit. CCP is just bitter. However either one you go to will be not the most friendly place, considering you would be new. However if you don't post crap you should be alright.

What problems are you having?

Havn't used them much since the switch, but only problem I've had so far is the Preview button deletes the post instead of letting you preview :P

Just curious if there's other issues I should watch out for.

well the "k"-link is working even the actual url is masked with ******. I'm sure that is something CCP didn't quite want if we think how the similiar functionality was handled in old forums .)
