This is a toon i have been building specifically to sell.

He may be more than what you want though.

Fully rorq qualified - reppers, clone vat, compression etc.

has command skills as well. Finishing mining director 5 in 6 days. He really isnt ready until another 40 days for all the command skills but everything else is done.

Obviously since he can fly a rorq he can also fly all the transport ships as well as Orca and hulk etc etc.

He has three clones as well all in low / hi sec.

one with all +5
One with all +4
and one with all +3

He can get into Freighters and jump freighters as well - it would be another 40 day train to get a Jump freighter 4 skill.

Near perfect refinement as well - 99.5% in a base 50% station.

Can also use as passive income with PI - Can run all 5 planets and make nanite paste.

Some trade skills also for more passive income and to sell the stuff you are hauling around.
