Silly graphics card rating

so i had to make due with my graphics card and desktop that i got in december and the card is a radeon x1650, yep

says it cant run eve , but guess what? i can run two clients max graphics with a screen recording program running without any issue at all

x1650 should be able to run EVE since it's an SM 3.0 cardStraight

i know that but when you go to sites like canyourunit and compare specs, it says it can handle it not even on a low resolution grpahics.

But im able to run it comfortabl on high graphics dont evne have any issues in 100 man gangs here in null
