sometimes terrible FPS when starting multiple clients

Hello,

I've got an issue when running multiple clients sometimes, the FPS drop to 15-20, usually I get 60 FPS on 3 clients in the same time. The curious thing is it only appears sporadically, after restarting the PC, the game runs smooth again.

Someone experienced the same problem?
