Patching fails

Hello.

Im getting an error when trying to update to inferno, i get one message that says the patching failed and that the launcher will now try with higher privileges and then that also fails.

This happens on two separate installs, is there a way round it or do i need to download the full client again? (i hope not the latter, my connection is crappy and slow)
