two days ago i was in fleet with an alt doing my antifaction missions.
time came and i tried to abandon them wrecks so i could log my alt out.

NO option came up to do so. I ended up bringing the alt intot he mission to do it.

yesterday all was fine. alt was in fleet and i could make all wrecks blue once again.

now today back to havign to warp in the alt.

bug? or am i doing somethign wrong?

found the issue.

once you only had to be in fleet.

ccp changed that to being in the same constellation.

now its you HAVE to be in same system with the ship wreck owner to abandon them.

Looks like it's all brought into line with Fleet Boosting mechanics AS IT SHOULD BE.

As far as I'm concerned, if one is not WITH the Fleet, you are not IN the Fleet.

The below from the latest patch notes. So you should not have to abandon them anymore for a fleet member to salvage.

Jettisoned containers and ship wrecks are now tagged with the owner, corp and fleet at the time of creation, rather than testing for loot-rights every time they are accessed. This will mean that if the container’s owner logs off, leaves fleet, jumps or docks, then the other pilots will not lose loot-rights access to his containers. This also means that the white/yellow/blue colouring of container icons more accurately reflects their true status.
