If you think YOU are hardcore playing any portion of any computer game then may I respectfully suggest you get a life.

You,Syndicate scrub, should try taking a subway, crossing the street, running a 5k or going 1 round in the ring if you think you are hard core. Roll

Why would I voluntarily run anywhere? My god, that sounds positively barbaric.

No thank you good sir, I think I shall sit back, chain smoke some badly rolled cigarettes and dress up in my mothers underwear. Although I must admit, it is getting a little chilly in the basement.

I know "Eve is Real" for some of you but writing stuff like, "I 'live' (somewhere) in fake space therefore I am a tough guy" is just pathetic.

It's a game...whether you derive enjoyment from mining rocks or mining tears...it's just a game.

Yes, but you aren't getting into the spirit of it very well, are you? Sometimes I question your dedication Sad

P.S. I just watched my girlfriend paint her nails. She used bright red instead of doing a French Manicure! It was sooooo hardcore! I think I may be getting an understanding of where some of you are coming from. Carry on.

I'm not even sure of the relevance, or objective, of this statement. But it has left me with an odd curiosity concerning the difference between using bright red nail varnish, and performing a French manicure.

I hate you to the very depths of my barren little soul for the 20 minutes of my life I'm going to have to waste satisfying my curiosity over this matter.

Let me help you.

Nail polish is a frilly little luxury that women (and apparently you as you recline in mom's lingerie Blink ) take very seriously. Slap fights have indeed been started over which color or style is best. At the end of the day nail polish is silly.

The Eve girls with the big nails (the ones who can't type without using a pencil eraser to press the keys) are currently slapping the teens who just got their first coat. Everyone is calling everyone names. It's all very serious and I am sure all sides think they are hard core.

At the end of the day..Null-sec.low-sec,hi-sec are just different shades of the same thing. Eve=nail polish

I think your analogy is terrible. Red nail polish would go excellently with this lingerie however.

You can go ahead and say that when you aren't in an NPC Corp.....in High Sec.

You are a high sec alt disparaging high sec players. Silly.

Uhhh...nooo!

My reference to the famine in Ethiopia was to agree with previous post. Ethiopia was deforested, over grazed and ultimately sent into a famine through the ignorance of its people. It was self-inflicted.

Same thing will happen to the game if we keep making hi-seccers the "catch of the day". Judicious poaching maybe but not a pogrom.

By the way, I am the alt of a bitter-vet null-sec account that is advocating against making hi-sec players feel like second class citizens. They are what keeps the lights on over in Iceland and let us keep up our petty political squabbles going in null-sec.

My corp simply has a non-posting policy.

That term won't be appropriate until carebears not only stop whining, but actually try to get suicide ganking buffed.

Screw suicide ganking, it's a lost cause and only useful for the odd indie/hulk kill. Killing anything decent with suicide ganking is both boring and, usually, unprofitable. Its a stupid mechanic that has only become such a big "issue" because high sec care bears have been successful in eliminating virtually every other form of non-consensual PvP.

I say nerf their ability to avoid war decs, then nerf high sec into the ground. In every other game guards exist only to protect newbie areas and trade hubs, if high sec care bears want to live in a police-enforced newbie area they should be willing to accept that that involves making **** all ISK.

Oh, and when we're done with that we should nerf local, replace it with an Intel tool, and then start destroying logistics chains. Starting with a very serious look at jump freighters, the use of carriers as a personal logistics asset and nullified t3s.

If we can get all that crap addressed, and suppress the screams of these "hard core" idiots then maybe making ISK in this game would become fun again. Because at the moment its a mindless grind, and even in null sec there is so little danger its laughable.

Simi, I think based on this post, the post where you claim to be a nullbear, and your following arguments, that I love you. If CCP were run solely by someone with your vision and dedication, Eve would be a much more interesting place than it is today, with far more teamwork, dynamic, and action.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Man, reading that article, I could imagine the author doing it one handed while fapping himself. Meanwhile, most of the people quoted in the article were not only fapping themselves, they were a moment away from fapping each other. Brilliant my hairy white ass.

If this crap was brilliant, then Eve has really tumbled down the ladder.

You go chase after fleeing capsules that are already 4 jumps ahead back to null or wherever to re-arm.

You are only revealing your own stupidity.

You get 28 days of killrights to find them an dkill them. If they come from lowsec or nullsec you have forever to formup and go to kill tehm.

What I am saying is that you are too weak and pathetic to even try.

Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing.

This thread pleases me greatly.

We have learned that all the "hardcore" players who live in lo-sec and null-sec are nothing of the sort; instead, they are just whiny crybabies who take this game way too seriously and are too concerned with other people's business.

The name is now changed to "hardbears". I will be spreading the news.

I'm fairly certain that HS miners, you know, the people being ganked into submission, ARE THE ONES MAKING **** ALL ISK. On the other hand, the guys that really get the nullbears whining are the incursion runners who, oddly, aren't made sport of like the miners. This is a complete guess but, the reason we don't have shineygeddon is because incursion runners can actually defend themselves? All you hardcore pvpers want are easy targets and the satisfaction of ruining someone else's day. That's it. When it comes down to it, the only difference between most of you and mission runners is you're in it to gain enjoyment from other people's misery. You're not even in it for the good fight. Pathetic!

Man, I don't even live in k-space and what I'm seeing now, the extent that CCP allows this, pfft, it's really really sad.
