I need help with "redo" portrait submission rule:

3. One “redo” of your character’s portrait submission is allowed, and no more, at a cost of 10 million isk, with an in-game mail sent from the character to Reality X with the word “redo” in the subject heading. Nothing else should be written in the main content box of the mail.

So, i understand i could make one portrait redo previous transfering Reality X a fee of 10 millions ISK and sending an evemail with the word "redo" in subject. Is this correct?.

Yes, that's correct. The rule only applies after a portrait has already been submitted.
