There were an incredible 270 entries this round, which I managed to narrow down to a healthy 34. From there I went to nine, and then finally I picked my top three.

Dont suppose you would post the 34? (Just being curious >.>)

I would love to post all the entries for each round, so everyone can see the choices and decide for themselves. But I'm aware that some people don't want it known that they were in the contest, and I respect their wishes. If you really want to know if you made my top 34 picks from the last round, and you won't mind hearing whatever reply I may have, then just ask me here or send me a mail. Thanks!

No date or prizes have been set yet. All I can suggest is to check the website regularly. Thanks for your interest!

Would be a lot more inviting if the winner wasn't decided by one person, of which whom runs the contest.

Loooooottttaa room for bias, me thinks.

Well then, I would like to know if I was one of the 34.

You were not. It's a good portrait, but I didn't think it had the creativity I'm seeking in a winner. It didn't grab my attention and hold it. Experiment a little more! Try out different poses, zooms or lighting you wouldn't normally use.

I'm totally agree, taking a look about the kind of portraits that won those 6 contests we could even think that they all own by REALITY X: just one person proclaims the winner, and he is the same who cash the partecipation cost; moreover i checked the past winners and i see that they have all the same kind of portrait: dark, grave and sullen. There is no competition if every contest will be won by the same kind of portraits (if they aren't own by the maker of the contest, of course).
I told this things to REALITY X in chat, just like suggest for future events, and he replyed to me that i could talk when i will have a mine contest; till then my opinion is not required (but isk for partecipation fee are, i guess). I had no words for that kind of response.

No, I'm sorry Mimi but you were not in the top 34. I do think your portrait is well done, and I like your choice of cool colours to match the background. The tattoo is also a nice final touch, but it wasn't what I was looking for. Thanks for your participation in the event! Big smile

None of the winners are my alts, and I knew none of them before they submitted their entry. You can contact them or their respective corp CEO's and ask them yourself. As for your opinion of my choice of winners, that's fine as you are completely entitled to it, just as I am to mine. Some might agree with you, while many have agreed with me. You immediately verbally assaulted me in Jita local for no reason and I responded, as would be expected of anyone. Finally, I also contacted you by mail, thanking you for your suggestions and inquiring if you would like me to put your portrait up in the Gallery on the website, as a friendly gesture (both of which you conveniently forgot to mention), but you just continued your angry tantrum. Can't please everyone. *shrugs* Merry Christmas from the "kid"! Big smile

Hiya,

I would like to submit my portrait - is there anything else I have to do?

*edit: oh I got it now, nvm :-)
