I'm not sure if this was intended: Akira Helkelen (Otomainen, COSMOS agent in "Rush Town Ruins") offers the mission "A Mad Scientists's Dream - Simple Microorganisms (2 of 5)"

The mission has a standard reward of 150k ISK with a bonus reward of "500 x Metal Scraps".
