i'm looking for an excel format market dump containing all market items,
there updated names, and type ID's

It has to be in a Excel Sheet

(Column A) Item Name / (Column B) Type ID

And when i say complete i mean all items, should be around 20,000 items.

Anyways, any help with this would be great, and price negotiable

You are looking for the invTypes.xls.bz2 export.

The other option is the cut down csv on the front page of my site.
Typeid,typename,typeid
This is for ease of bidirectional vlookups

Normally updated as soon as I notice a new data export.
