Have 2 bugged medium power slots

I was reloading a cap booster just as my ship docked at a station. After docking the ship wouldn't let me reload the booster because it says it is still reloading something.

So, I took off the heavy capacitor booster II and tried to refit it but the message said there was already something in that slot.

I fitted the capacitor booster II to another slot then removed it and now both slots give the message that there is already something in that slot.

I restarted the client and I have cleared the cache and restarted but the 2 slots are still bugged.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I thought I had resolved this by repackaging the ship and losing my rigs. When i re assembled the ship the medium slot worked again but shortly after i fitted the cap booster again and when I load booster 800's in it just says this is loading and does not load. I removed the item again and tried to fit a cap recharger instead but same problem as above :-(
