Issues, Workarounds & Localization

One thing I cant stand is when you have a menu up, such as fleet or market, and it refreshes and scrolls all the way back to the top. This is very frustrating when you are trying to move yourself in fleet to fleet commander position or when you are trying to purchase something on the market and you have orders up. You then have to scroll back down and find where you were and hopefully it doesn't refresh again. :) Please fix.
