What is it?

A picture is worth a thousand words Wormnav in action

New feature of the chain-mapper in action Mapper

Wormnav is a personal project that I developed for my corp whilst learning to PvP and live in wormholes. It has since become a personal project that I constantly try to improve and update and to challenge my knowledge of web technology. It has loads of functionality and is made in such a way you can use it straight out of the box.

Warnings!

This tool has the ability to track your location and various other details which are explained here Eve Headers.

It is up to you on the level of trust you wish to give, but alot of the site can be used without worry either out of game or in-game (without trust accepted).

The future / Your Help

I plan to continue to add things and improve where I can but I cannot do that without the help of the community, so any idea however small or trivial please drop me a line either in-game or via website.

Its a good tool; very stream lined and helps cut some of the work down on keeping track of everything.

Now that the jump API is pulled from wormholes, can you remove that JUMP checkbox please (just hide it probably if they come back) ?

it is not a biggie, but just one less thing to look while jumping into system

I use this constantly. Any time I jump into a new system its 1) Dscan, 2) System Scan, 3) Wormnav.com

I have used this tool and it is a great asset for corps and explorers to use.

Cheers this one slipped past, was one of the 3 wrongly named system in the database before CCP fixed it as J1340+6 -> J134096

This is one of the best tools I've ever used for exploring wormholes. The site and sig trackers are excellent. Don't change a thing.

The chain mapper is absolutely brilliant, but what's missing is a collaboration; perhaps the ability to import/export maps via copy/paste like ship fits. Being able to share the map among my corp would really speed up our process. We are all bold explorers and have no issues moving quite a few jumps away from home in our average day.

Good work, keep it up. You're making life easier on all of us.

Iam not sure if i understand you correctly. But your whole corp can already view or edit a chain and if you use the api you can even use it out of game - limited to your corp though. Just send them to www.wormnav.com/base/chain.php , unless you mean something else?

If you cant do this then youd need to send me a email at splodger@wormnav.com and i can take a closer look at it.

I had no idea it was already shared among corp mates. I guess mine just don't use it at all. Bummer.

its the second thing I do after entering a WH. Right after Dscan and before Bookmarking. Great tool with a uncluttered interface.
