First three clients was playing just fine. But yeah the 4th was damn slow at 55/201 so I restarted it, and the fifth struggled to get past 29/201. I can see why you needed to take it down. P

you seem to miss the fact that the extension to todays DT, is due to having to deploy another patch to correct what they messed up on Tuesday.

So, I Launched the game and noticed that Tranquility was offline.. I thought.. meh maybe the laucher is borked.. so I hit play in the way only an addict can.. to find out that the downtime was extened.

CCP need a UI that shows 'important' news like this before having to launch the actual client. Big smile

The issue here is that "real" programmers, those who know that they're doing test once test twice test 3 times etc etc before they hand over the final finished product for release.

Who does not test a product before deployment? Only a mickey mouse setup would do such a thing. I don't think CCP is a software version of comedy central but for the love of god CCP you really need to hire a team for QUALITY CONTROL.

That's always a problem with static data. It stays and you spend hours scrubbing it off unti lthe server is clean again...

I looked on eve news but being able to play the game is obviously not news.
