This char is for an alt it has perfect skills for gaining loyaliti points. With one mission lv4 you can gain 6k to 20k loyaliti point depending on the mission you accept. (A nightmare bpc cost 600k loyality point +100mill) If you compare you don't have to do so many mission for 900 mill isk so this char will has it's price back under a week or less. 2billion isk B/O for it is nearly nothing.

Just to let you know what you missed, I reactivated the char and made 1 billion isk in stain with lv4 agents under 1 day.

The character have +5 faction standing to Sanshas, Guristas, and to Bloodraiders.
