Overview settings - columns and multiple tabs

Can you not have different "column" settings across different tabs? For the life of me, I can't do this. All other settings switch between tabs but columns do not

there are many different overview setups that would be better to have different tab setups...

It is really annoying, that when I add something to one tab, it gets added to all the other tabs too. I mean, the simplest behaviour would of course be to add something to only to the selected / one tab, not to every tab imaginable. Now if I want to add an asteroid to overview, well the asteroid not only ends up to my mining tab, but also to fight tab, loot tab, etc, ... Then I have to manually reload those other tabs, if I happen to be bothered / remember that oh yes, the other tabs are now messed up - again.

The simplest behaviour should be the default behaviour. The more complex one (getting added to all of the tabs) should be an optionally selectable behaviour. More to that, I don't think I can now even select to optionally add only to one tab.
