Why not a uservoice voting setup for features?

Just wondering how come CCP or the CSM doesn't setup a uservoice.com style voting mechanism so that instead of just a billion threads in the forum for feature and ideas that we acutally have a corelated list of popular ideas and changes that the playerbase things should be made to eve to make it better... just seems sorta logical to me

EDIT: and yes i know theres a old uservoice setup, but as its not CSM or CCP supported or probably even looked at its pretty much defacto dead.
