Help with projectile ammo

I finally am working heavily on my T2 projectile weapons, just finished my T2 Medium and moving through to Large. I am confused on the ammo I should be looking at. I am running lvl 3 and 4 missions (hurricane and maelstrom) in Caldari space, should I be using the T2 ammos or faction as well? Or is using expensive ammo for things like missions not a wise thing to be doing at all?

For pve always use the ammo that tagets the rats lowest resist.
So use t2 ammo only against angels.

For everything else you can use t1 or faction, it depends on your wallet and if you blitz and such.
