Pilot has designated fit....
Find cost... (including fit)
Minus what a ships insurance pays back...
= Give pilot the isk
... Give extra to logi, recons ect...

No Worries

Get the hulls in via jumpfreighter, sell those putting up corp-contracts. Player buys mods for himself and insures the ship. How much ISK you support the players with, can easily be adjusted.

Still sb could "steal" the cheap contracts, but it would require ISK and he wouldn't get the insurance payout.

For a small corp with only 3-5 logistic pilots, this would be an efficient way on a low bureaucratic level.

Thanks for the ideas however I think some of the later post are missing what is trying to be done.

We are trying to subsidize the ships not provide isk. FW corps dont mission run/incursion run like other corps our prinmary source of income comes from LP.

Ok so to sum up what we are going to try to do is the following:

Corp builds ships

Corp sells ship for cost+small market up + insurance premium - insurance payout to corp members (corp insures ship)

Corp builds rigs/modules and places those on corp contract. They will be "packaged mods" for specific fits, ie nano drake, nano cane, blaster boat, etc

Is there anyway to transfer back the ship to the corp and NOT lose the insurance without trading ship from player to fc/corp hanger mgr. This is the only big thing that I see, because a couple thigns will happen

a)FC has to leave asap after fleet
b)player has to leave during fight, etc

Im not worried about players running off with ships more or less reducing the logistics of handling the ships.

Any suggestions for that piece?

Bolster, the only things I can suggest are:
1. If the player owns the ship then he should pay for the insurance and not the corporation. This is due to potential book keeping nightmare.
2. If the corporation owns the ship, then the corporation should provide the insurance, and therefore you are stuck with using trades or perhaps having the corp member drop the ship directly into the restricted corp hangar when he is done with the operation.

Good luck! and I hope you have enough industrialists to pull it off. Not many corporations have.
