Oxygen not being recognized as material in corp hanger for a remote manufacturing job.

I have a situation where I was testing 1 Manufacturing run of an Amarr Fuel Block remotely to a Highsec Pos. I have set the BPO in the corp hanger and I have added enough materials for 1 run in the corporate hanger as well. The toon has scientific networking and supply chain management trained as well.

The required materials include:
Coolant - 8
Enriched Uranium - 4
Heavy Water - 150
Helium Isotopes - 400
Liquid Ozone - 150
Mechanical Parts - 4
Oxygen - 20
Robotics - 1

EVERYTHING has a Green Check mark EXCEPT Oxygen which says that it is Missing 20 even though I have now added 40 units of Oxygen to the corporate hanger where the other material is as well.

Does anyone know if this is a known bug and I just haven't been able to find it OR am I just not "getting it".

Assuming you've done the usual post-patch quickies to resolve most issues and you're certain you have the materials in the array being used, sounds like a bug. Petition or file a bug report.

also, hit the refresh button to make it re-check the mats, clear your cache, log out, etc.

Yep tried all the above. . . Have now filed petition and will try and figure out this bug reporting detail next.

May seem obvious, but are you sure it's in the right division of the hangar?

Materials must be in the manufacturing array, not in the hangar.

Ughhh . . . I had filled the array but HAD missed the Oxygen. . . but I also had the same materials in the Corp hanger that I was looking at.
