I would pay to reallocate sp but not neural remaps.

I would support this on one condition:

No more free neural remaps, and the cost would be around 7,200,000,000/(x^2) where x is the number of months since your last remap

except you'd still pay ISK to bypass a game mechanic. This makes it inherently bad. So still no.
Again, if the game mechanic is to pay isk to remap
…except that it isn't. The game mechanic is attributes, and you're paying to not be affected by it. Thus, bad. SImply removing attributes entirely would be an infinitely better idea.

Again, reguardless of how you set the remap system, both players would complete all skill training in the same amount of time if they only train skills boosted by the remaps.
…and that is bad too since it removes the planning and choice.

Actually, it would apply the game mechanics equally to everyone.
No, it wouldn't. People with money would not be affected by attributes; people without it would. Unequal, and unfair, and beneficial only to those who need it the least. Again, simply removing attributes would be infinitely better, if nothing else because it would actually be fair.

That's an even worse idea since at that point, neither SP nor attributes would serve any purpose any longer, and the difference between older and newer players would become a vast yawning chasm.
