Any specific message? Hard disk full? Reboot and try again, if it doesn't go away, try the repair tool.

Yah, so mine stalled out at 15%. I tried the Repair tool twice now, and the repair tool stalls as well. The first time it stalled at stage 4/7, while initializing something. This last time it has stalled at stage 3/7, while trying to download recipes.

It seems that EVE does not like my satellite connection. I play eve over satellite all the time, fine, and I can access the web fine, and be on TS3, Skype, whatever just fine, but the EVE patching and repair tools just can't handle the latency, or something. I guess CCP figures everyone is plugged into fiber.

Oh, and then when I try to cancel the repair task, it brings up a screen "Please wait, cancelling running task." Only: I wait . . . and wait . . . and wait . . . and ******* wait. And nothing. So then I have to force quit. If the damn thing won't quite, just say so from the beginning already! And if the damn thing isn't going to patch, please, tell me before I have to leave me computer running for several hours, just to see if it might.

Thanks.

Seeing as how EVE has failed to patch, I presume because of a corrupted download?: is there a directory I could go to to remove the downloaded materials intended for patching, such that the EVE launcher would re-attempt to download? Seriously though, if I can get internet fine, and all other downloaded materials for other programs etc. are fine, what is EVEs issue? I only say this because I have had this problem before over satellite connection.
