Why?

This doesn't really affect gankers at all.

You can still unfit T2 mods from GCC'd suicide ships into the Orca's corporate bay - you just have to have the ganker in the same corp as the Orca. Easy.

Miners are just mad because they lose the corp hangar functionality when they are forced to drop into different NPC corps by wardecs.
