I just tried to do it on one of my installs. It's totally blown it up. Thank goodness the patching worked on my very first client. I can copy the data from it to the other. I tried using the repair function...it checked all the files, downloaded the patches needed...but...couldn't update the files.

I think CCP needs to do a bit more work on this stuff.
