Tried shutting down all non-windows services and ran it on two different administrator accounts. Any idea what could be wrong? Stops at 26.8% every time. Repair tool also fails.

same, it worked on my windows 7 but not on my vista system

The repair tool from the launcher is crap . I went to my main ccp/eve folder and ran the repair tool from there and so far its repairing.

Repair tool runs for about 20 seconds before it gives an error.
