My account got hacked

my other account got hacked and ccp are refusing to help me get it back this has really screwed up my trust in ccp anyone got any ideas on what i should try next?

the hacked changed my registered email and password to my account :(

my faith in ccp has really gone downhill

Despite this being in the wrong forum section i have investigated this for you and I can see that you have an active petition open which a GM has already responded to.

Hacking cases are quite sensitive and our Customer Support team need to thoroughly investigate how the hacker may have gotten your details, have they hacked or tried to hack anyone else, what damage has been done and how quickly can we undo any damage and return the account to you.

Please keep in contact with the GM's through your open petition and they will happily work with you to get this resolved.

it took ccp over 24 hours to contact me and help me with my account by this time i bet the damage has already been caused! and i wont get a refund on any of it cause gm's dont give refends on hacking problems also i have spoke to multiple gm's and they all say the same, they geto point of verifying its my account confirm it is my account and then dont give me a resept link for my account im getting extremly frustrated and starting to lack the trust in the GM ccp chooses let alone the quality of customer support !
