PI, anything industry not directly necessary for flying an Orca, everything Corp Management, pretty much everything related to Caldari ships and missiles.

And if they did let us delete skills to keep our skillsheets tidy (LOL!!! Big smile), you know what the next thread on the forums would be?

The skill you wish you had never deleted

I had science lvl 5.. dunno why. Was very happy to discover I needed that for my HIC.

Not true, some skills were so bad CCP even had them removed Blink

I agree. The ability to outright remove skills without getting compensation should be a feature in this game. Keeping a clean and tidy character sheet is important.

it would be cool if you could trade in unwanted skills for unallocated skill points. I'm not saying like for like because that would be stupid and give people too much advantage in certain situations. Maybe something could be done where you get say 50% or 1\3 of the skill points traded in, back as unallocated skill points. That way you could put them to good use and people could not just suddenly train say hac from 0-lvl 5 in an instant but could get themselves on the way.

I like this. Anything would be good in this area. We need some "accident forgiveness" when it comes to skill points.

While I vouch for putting up with the choices we've all made, I must admit this is tempting.

I also tried to manufacture my first Vexor because I thought it would be cheaper to mine the stuff, buy the blueprint and get to it. I was sooooooo clever that I even tried Production efficiency IV. What could possible go wrong? Roll

There are things I could do without: Refining and Production skills (all of them half assed), Mining foreman (born with this, never used it), etc. I'd trade those points even for 1/10th of their value in allocatable SP.

4 Million SP in Science:

cause:

1. Datacores can be farmed faster with a 2million SP PVE Toon
2. All my 0.1 wastage factor BPO are worthless and took like Months (thanks to invention wich does not give me a chance bonus for my great BPOs but pohibiting me selling the Tech1 versions)

Skill wich make me sad Sad

Refining Efficiency (768.000 to lvl 5)

cause:

A fresh Toon can refine Minerals at a 30% station with 68.5%
My Toon can refine Minerals at the same station with 79.5% (refining 5, refining eff 5, all processings 4)

Could be more :( or less for the Noob Twisted

Black Ops 5. I'm subcap only and this about was all there was left in Ship Command Smile

But I live in hope that CCP will..someday..make them awseome.

Amarr Battleship, Large Energy Turret.

Useful for running L4's but that was before I discovered PVP :) Now I don't fly anything larger than a cruiser.

And all missile skills. I'm not maxing those out just to shoot rockets ^^

If I could ever reclaim those sp's I'd put them all into frigs, small guns and gunnery. Trajectory Analysis 5 / 20 days training WTF!

1. Everything missiles because CCP is too busy making it leave a smoke trail to actually balance it for PvP.
2. Everything faildari because CCP is too busy wipping their asses to balance it so people can PvP on anything other than a Drake or Tengu.
3. Everything hybrid because CCP promised to balance it but they are too chickenshit scared of changing their own game.

Actually, I want my time back for item 3.

Mining Barge V. I think there should be a warning in the MOTD for the help channel, "If you don't hate yourself, don't join an industrial corp!".

So here I am four years (and a lot of loooooong) breaks later with a Tengu, and missile launcher control basic because of my terrible skill decisions. I thought more along the lines "ooooh Shiny!" and then I trained for it without ever training the additional support skills.

Survey V

Now I fairly recently resubbed after a few years away, and I think I have a faint memory of that being a prerequisite of something in the past (Besides Gaze Survey Probe I); perhaps some scanning related skill. At least I hope it was, so that at least it wasn't completely wasted...

Also haven't had any use whatsoever for Science V.

Err I have Salvage Drone Operation which is 100% useless as it doesn’t nothing in game. I do not wish I had never trained it as I ran out of useful skills to train years ago. Now I just train random stuff I never use.
