I have Projected Electronic Counter Measures 3, which is a skill for an ECM weapon that can only fit on a Supercarrier

I have never flown such a warship and I never will.

On the flip side what's the 2 best non Spaceship command skills you have?

Surgical strike 5
Evasive manoeuvring 5

These 2 skills have a profound effect from 4 to 5 and I love them.

I will top that with Signature Analysis 5

Everytime I catch a pod I am so very thankful I maxed this skill out . Lol

Wow, they actually got rid of DED Connections as a skill jeez, I wish I knew that.. but that was a worthless skill only a 1,500 ISK buff in ratting in belts per level is kinda lame.

Though all the skills I trained for is useful, though the Industry skills is kinda getting wasted since I need to reget certain things.. >.>

yeah... industry, mining, missiles... all complete fail.
Why mine when you could (up to the last few days) get more mins/hour blitzing lvl 4s and salvaging every 115 minutes?
Why produce tech 1 garbage that is worth less than the minerals, or even T2 garbage that has so many people producing it and .01 isking you for any semblance of 'volume' that it makes it more hassle than profit?
Why use missiles at all? Their end game sucks

I'd take a 1/2 sp reimbursement gladly.

I thought so aswell but yesterday I discovered that some items I need, I can manufacture myself with only industry 1 for a fifth of the market prize.

Several, than I started using those skills months or years latter. Like my industrial skills for example. The only skills I don't use are some of the skills I had to train to get into command ships concerning leadership all 527k sp that was req for that.

This is probably one of the best skills in the game to train to V, if solely for the ability to fly strategic cruisers...

Probably corporation management. I don't really regret training it to 1 (removes the need to fly to a skill book seller if it's ever needed), but given that I've never had any desire at all to found or manage a corporation, ever, I'm still kind of pondering why I bothered with 3.

Ethnic Relations - level 2.

Getting this skill past level 1 has literally no benefits.

I have deleted any character where I have trained connections. The phrase "(connections [insert number here] raises your standings from [insert number here]" looks butt-ugly on my character sheet. I hate that skill, because it's useful, but is a horrible eyesore.

I agree. The ability to outright remove skills without getting compensation should be a feature in this game. Keeping a clean and tidy character sheet is important.
