during hulkageddon if you kill a hulk in hisec do you lose sec standings?

If you gank it, you will. This is a player run event, the CONCORD mechanics won't change for that.

Unless CCP decides to change the rules on us, that is.

Options

  • Mine anyways - either use grav sites, or mine way out on the edges of civilization
  • Bait - super tank a hulk, possibly use a off grid booster sitting in a safe spot, and get some counter kill mails
    • Note: if they gang up, you haven't got much chance
  • Go gank someone else - Can't beat 'em, then join 'em
  • Do something other than mining - missions, incursions, exploration
  • Do something other than eve - my least favourite option since DUST 514 isn't out yet
