    You need to at the very least double that amount.

    There is a shortage of ship skins presently in Dodixie. Anyone looking to boost the ship skin market should invest heavily in Dodixie.

    Please list all the skins you'd like to see in Dodixie and I'll put them up for sale.

    Day after, buy orders already doubled in value.

    I guess we're now free to be all openly smug and compare notes.

    100% drop rate. Takes 2 minutes to run in a Gila. They will be dirt cheap. It's Amarr ships. They suck. Well a handful of useful ships. At least the skin looks cool. But really, dirt cheap. Unless you hold it for 5 years.

    Guess I'll be holding them for 5 years then.

    Only reason I am not offended by your post is that you also sport the bestest 33B ISK overcoat in this universe.

    This is where one would bring in intent.

    People are claiming he supports and defends the harassment in question, while (even looking at the logs alone) it seems he's saying nothing more than that he is defending the alliance.

    Never does he, or the logs, specify what he is defending them from. Hell, those quotes are from the part of the pastebin dump that did not have timestamps and thus are obviously not trustworthy as far as it comes to context.

    Let's say you have a log that says something like;

    A: "Did you murder C?"
    B: "Yes, I did."

    When the real logs actually were;

    A: "Did you murder C?"
    B: "No."
    A: "But you did know C?"
    B: "Yes, I did."

    Whatever the truth of the matter is, you are all going into serious re**** territory.

    I once invested in 3000 fedos and made a 5-6B profit on selling them.

    Making jokes about fedos is not cool.

    Only fools give up a priceless artifact such as the silvershore greatcoat for something as banal as a few billion ISK.

    So would I be correct in guessing that the resources are versioned and independent of the client version used (TQ/SISI/etc), and that multiple clients coordinate downloads using file-based locking?

    Yes.

    so your saying we should have our sisi shared files folder be the same as the tranquility shared files folder once its out on tq

    Yes again!

    Let's see if we can get a yes-pyramid going...

    What happens if the lock-holding client crashes and another client is waiting for the resource (or restarting after crash), does it periodically check if the lock-holding client is still running and is something more than just the PID being used for such checks?

    And will it be able to differentiate clients on different hosts when using e.g. NAS or VM's, where PID collisions can happen.

    EULA would be a good catergory Smile

    While 'Input Broadcasting' is a valid rule, the term 'Input Multiplexing' seems to disallow what I'm assuming should still be a valid use case; one (or more) input source demux'ed to one of multiple possible channels based on user input (aka multiboxing across several clients with input always restricted to a single client at the time)

    Still you have a multi billion isk ship at higher risk and with no support unless you manage to fill it full if battle skiffs, and even then, it's pissing away good isks on a poor plan when other capitals are cheaper and have more DPS and more tanking ability.

    If we only had an example of a place where people live without being able to haul in stuff with freighters.

    Such an imaginary place would be called vurmhule-space if it existed.

    Living in Outer Passage, I can't help but agree. Having been a veteran of several years of Null Sec PVP and Sov Wars, I had decided to move out to OP and rent for a while to work on some industrial goals. Now, OP will be near impossible to live in, being so far from Low Sec / High Sec. As far as building a local market, I don't see that as being possible, since the sheer variety of materials is what makes Jita a viable market, that will be impossible to recreate 30 times over all over null sec. Will I be unsubbing my 7 accounts with over 885M SP? Well, I have retreated to high sec and will see what the game looks like in January or so. That is about $1K in real life savings for me in 2015. Maybe this patch is the motivation to drop this game like a bad habit.

    Then don't go live in Outer Passage.

    When no one wants to live there, someone who wants to live there will come along and settle there.
