Was chatting with a few people the other day about a potential trading corp where the general idea is to buy items in bulk like Ammo/Drones etc for cheap prices in empire and then selling them out in 0.0 at alliance outposts.

Of course the logistics would need to be worked out and have some kind of agreement in place with said alliances so you don't end up killed jumping through the first gate.

But the real question I had was is there a corp out there currently who does this?

CVA allows neutrals into their space, so you could try doing something like this in Providence. Alternatively, NPC null. Of course the reality is that most corps out there will jump-freighter in anything they need, which is considerably less dangerous than trying to move any kind of non-blockade runner industrial through lowsec.
