Should someone be deemed a danger to society though then you can be 'relieved' of this burden by openly declaring your intent in public and to the divinties

Publicly admitting to being out-spied by The Mittani really turned out to be a good move for me. All the crazies and stalkers shifted their attention from me to him.

This is where I should say "Features & Ideas forum is that way". But somehow I don't think you are suggesting a drug and alcohol test as a requirement for playing EVE. And even if you were, we'd lose a large swathe of the population.

Being new to this game when browsing the forums I find it's almost 100% impossible to tell when people are being serious and when they are just trolling.

One thing I have noticed is just about every single thread ends up being about Goon. To all the people who seem to hate them I'd say you really are doing them a favor as they pretty much have the official eve forums on lock down lol.

That right there makes them the **** as I can't think of any other game I've ever played where one group of people pretty much owned everything, or so it seems.
