32m casual looking for a relaxed 0.0 experience

Greetings!

I'm a long-time player, I have dabbled in the fine art that is small-gang pvp and larger operations, but mostly, I have mindlessly killed rats in lvl4s.

This is getting highly annoying.

What do I want?
Therefore, i am looking for a spot in a 0.0 corp where I can partake in interesting pvp fleet actions, still enjoy shooting at NPCs and nibble on asteroids. I am however, for work- and family-related reasons, unable to play every day. That would be called "casual", I assume, and i am looking for a corp that respects and encourages that. I do not mind well-aimed elitism, since it results in killing people straight in the face. But I do not wish to be forced. I will however lend my aid to any fleet that I have the time to join.

I would prefer Sansha space for the following reason:

What can I do?
First off: mostly Amarr ships. I have 32+ million skillpoints.
I can fly Marauders (with full support skills), laser-based battleships and all the stuff below. Covops and HAC/AF as well. Also Freighters.
My support skills are mostly armor-tank-related. Gunnery supports are maxed. Pulse laser spec.
I am currently training towards Interceptors, I felt like downsizing a bit.

So what does it take to join?

We do have a minimum skill point requirement of 5msp this is not negotiable for main accounts, the reason being we operate in nullsec, so as much as we like new players they do not have the skillset or the mindset to survive where we live.

Everybody who applies is subject to an interview that is usually conducted by a corporate officer, this is usually done on TS3 to make it less formal and so we can get to know you, and you can see what we are about.
