Before Planetary Interaction was changed I had some command centres producing stuff. I stopped playing for a while and when I came back I couldn't find them. I presume they are still there since I can't place new ones. Anyone know how you locate them? I think I know which system they are in.

Is there a way of locating your PI jobs (something like you do with industry jobs or assets)?

Open up the Science and Industry window, it's in one of the tabs in that (I can't remember the name of the tab).
