whelp, date is set for November 20th

Will dust get in the news this fall also? Can console kiddies everywhere breath a sigh of relief soon?
Will dust make it to the xmas ball this year or will the restless youth of the world going to have to wait a little longer to buy a fashionable monocle on the Sony network?

Is CCP rethinking dust??

Not sure if a ccp employee has even typed the word DUST on the forums in months

Star Wars: the Old Republic may not be EVE. But I'll take the sound of dual blaster-pistols over "NURVV CLAOKING NAOW!!!11oneone!!" any day of the week.

Stupid and ugly......

Recruitment Officer: What type of a pilot are you? Me: I've been described as a Ray Charles with Parkinsons and a drinking problem.

seeing as noone else has, guess ill say it. dust has already been confirmed for a summer 2012 release. it was announced at e3 along with its ps3 exclusivity. closed beta is expected by the end of the year, devs are already having thier own private beta test.

and no i wont link any sources, find them yourself, they are pretty much everywhere

Get your facts straight, SWTOR is set for 20/22 december (depending on whether you're in the US or EU) and not november.

And also, what's the point of this topic?

Or a living, breathing, Rorschach inkblot test. Big smile

On topic: I think the '514' in the title refers to the thickness in millimetres of the 'dust' layer that will be settled on everything just before the game is released but long after the target audience has experienced many many other great shooters and already has a ps4 or 5.

Remember, 18 months = 1 x room + solitary confinement/vanity closet + 1 x understocked Primark/Debenhams or (if you are a south western english person with humour), a 'Tragomills clothing rail'.

Who honestly cares about TOR?

I'm dead serious here. People play EvE because of Serious Internet Spaceships. TOR is literally WoW in space. There is zero overlap.

You just blew my mind...

a goon, yes a goon, is the only person in the thread on topic.

considering one is on pc, the other is on console your arguement is invalid, besides, its Lucas arts, look and what Lucas has done to the original trilogy, he prolly bent over his game also.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

Swtor will die in 2-3 months afrter release because there is nothing new just WoW in SW Universe.

TOR isn't going to last that long, stupid bad mmo project. It's only a partial revive of WoW in another universe.. LucasArts ruined themselves years ago don't expect something good ever, or well supported from them. (shh... nvm sw:g)

have fun playing ToR dishing LA more money to make more bad games. bioware has way more better projects at hand, like masseffect 3. P

There's a ton of people from Galaxies who will be getting into TOR, and a ton of Star Wars fans that will gladly subscribe to it. Not to mention the people out there looking for anything other than WoW at this point.

The sad thing is that EVE is probably nowhere on those peoples' radars.
