According to Fanfest slide that said "drogue region iteration". They didnt really talk about it though so I imagine it will be a stealthy nerf.

Ya'll realize that this is probably going to be an across the board mineral spike, right? Drone region denizens source a lot of their low ends locally for supercaps and whatnot, so that's extra demand hitting Jita as well. Twisted

Long term projections are all over the place.

Incidentally, my long term projection is 1600 for zydrine and 2550 megacyte. That assumes nocxium doesn't change much, which may be crazy talk.

As to short term spikes, it depends on what's currently being hoarded. I honestly don't think they'll go up much because from what I'm hearing, there are vast stashes of zydrine and other minerals around.

Amarr God I pray there is a buff to mining somehow if this happens. lol I'm sure even though all the mineral costs will spark intense inflation will be because of the drones drops no longer being alloys & changing into bounties (isk faucet) Incursions will still get blamed for all inflation in Eve lol PLol

Damn.

From CCP itself, 40% of high end minerals coming from drone regions is going to be stopped.

That will have an immediate and incredibly dramatic effect on the prices of high end minerals.

I also noticed that right after that interview, zydrine is now 1490 bid / 1560 sell.

I'm going to assume that most who are selling have not seen the video or haven't the proper information.

This change is so dramatic, I feel a 10x increase was too small (750 -> 7500 per unit of zydrine).

I'm leaning towards 10-13k now per unit if this happens when supply is cut literally in half.

And the mad dash towards buying has aleady begun and shows now real signs of abating..I may buy another 20bn of zydrine myself.
