Guristas ECM Jamming

I know this has probably been discussed before, but I think the Guristas need to be nerfed in their Jamming capabilities. I believe that the chance to be jammed by rats has been lowered, but I think that the duration of the jam should be a lot less. Every other kind of rat has something that doesn't break your locks and brings your DPS to 0, or at least not as drastically.

What I propose is that the ECM Cycle time on Guristas should be reduced to 10 Seconds.

I've even tried ECCM mods and it seems they over power through them as well.
