WTB: Research/Production Alts

As the title said, I'm looking at buying some research and production alts. I don't want a lot of excess skills, just the basics:

Research
Lab. Operation
Adv. Lab. Op. IV
Science
Metallurgy IV
Research Project Management IV
Scientific Networking I
Datacore skills

The following are bonus and not needed but I would love to have them:
Standings for 5 or 6 lvl 4 R&D agents
Industry
Production Efficiency
Mass Production
Adv. Mass Production IV
Market Skill
Negotiation & Connections (Increases Datacore production)
PI Skills

I will also consider bare bones characters that just have standings with R&D corps, I hate grinding the standing myself so if you have that kind of character I'd be interested as well.

Skills I do not care about and will not pay extra for:
Mining
Refining
Drones
Weaponry
Ships (Freighter is an exception)
Core skills
Leadership

I'm not interested in anything else, so I will not pay a lot for other skills. I can train the specific skills I want for manufacturing, so the datacore skills aren't too important. The best way to contact me would be through EVE Mail, but I'll check here also.

I'd like to spend around 2bill, but I'll go up to 3 if its a good toon.
