Problem with mission

I have just returned after a 2 year absence, and i'm unable to complete jet canning a janitor. I've warped to the encounter and nothing spawns, i've also tried cancelling the mission and this doesn't work either.

The mission was started before i took the 2 year break, could this cause the problem?

Hmm... you should probably file a petition on that. Something that started that long ago may well be bugged. Petition response may take a while so just forget about the mission and do other things till you hear back on it.

Also, you might ask in the in game Help channel or the Missions and exploration channel. Include the fact that it's been two years since you started it.

The mission *should* have expired a week after issue and you would have taken a drop of faction with the agent for being lazy.

Looks like you need to petition as the mission may be different now.

IIRC it's an epic arc mission, and does not expire.

It has likely been changed in some capacity, and is therefore bugged since the OP is still on an old version of the mission.

Yeah, that's one of the missions in the level 1 SoE Epic Arc. Those missions don't expire.

If the mission details in the journal show mission is completed, check your assets and see if you already have the mission item - The ship's janitor, Nebben Centrien. If so, it needs to be delivered to Sister Alitura located at Arnon IX - Moon 3 - Sisters of EVE Bureau. If not, just file a petition in-game and ask for the mission to be reset.

Thanks for the answers all, I just wanted to confirm there was nothing i could do other than petition it. I'll just carry on running standard level 4's for now.
