CCP ever thought about making short movies of the current chronicle?

As you seem to be having the correct tools already to create a trailer fitted for a massive blockbuster movie. Making the chronicles into small movies would make it easier to understand how the story of EVE goes.

And if you realy have the resources; make 3 full length movies of the books.

Would be cool ... but would rather have them working on the game.

CCP, though, should offer the tools (like Jessica) so that the community can put together films.

This, this and this. Instead of making movies, work on the game and work on tools to let us make movies. Even with Valve's ****** tools, TF2 has a crap ton of great player made videos.

Hollywood and it's hate on consumer made content can eat a fat ****.

Trailers are useless, you just watch them 1 time and that's it. They'd better make new ships.

While CCP should focus on the game, it would be awesome if someone was able to make mini movies on the EVE related lore.

CCP doesn't need to make the movies themselves.. Just hire a director, get funding from a major film studio who will in turn hire the actors. All CCP would have final say of the script so that it stays within eve lore. Profit??

Is everyone sure that they made this trailer in house and did not just hire a CGI company to do it for them?
