1) They are not price fixing PLEX price. They have shown a quite intuitive drawing showing *where and when* they'd intervene.
If you had looked at it, you'd know they are not fixing anything.

2) After Crucible the playerbase went from an average of below 26k concurrent players back up to > 29k, therefore you can't demonstrate a current dwindling of player base ("as people leave the game").

Reading between the lines - "if manipulation is occurring". No specific price targets.

I made an example graph, which is not like the one that he made but has the same elements.

Basically you can see a brisk spike down and one up with some blue V or ^ close to them.

When they detect such spike (it's very easy to do with some ancient indicators) they will just "correct" so that the spike becomes like the blue cut version.

This means that price is still free to float, just not in a very spiky way (an often sign of manipulation).
This is still a more "free market" kind of correction than those BOJ and SCB muscle out when they see their nation's currency getting too much appreciated over another currency.
