So I decided I'd pop in and see how EVE was doing, having stopped playing about a year ago. Previously I split my time between running L4 missions in a Raven and Hi/Lo-Sec exploration. I was always a PvE player, as my character sheet will show, although the Lo-Sec stuff was fun

Not having much ISK, I'd probably want to run more L4's for a while to build up the bank balance. But looking beyond that I'd like to go back and do some more Lo-Sec exploration, maybe even venture into 0.0 so that I can have my pod handed to me. Time is limited, however, so I'll probably still be running missions. But I would like to get into a Corp at some point in the future - after I've got to grips with the game again - and see where that takes me.

Before I stopped I completed training towards a Tengu. I was also considering a CNR for missions, and wasn't far away from being able to fit into a Golem. From reading around the forums, a Tengu would be useful for all sorts of things, from L4's to exploration.

With all this in mind here's my character sheet. I messed about with the Char in the early days doing different things, so there are some skills points trained that I would love to have back

In terms of missions and exploration, is there anything I should be focusing on immediately? I'm not sure how much has changed over the last year, and if there are any skills that I previously let go that would prove helpful to have now. And looking at the skills I have, is there anything that I should maybe consider? I can see that I'm minutes away from fitting into, say, a Basilisk, but I probably lack a lot of the other skills that would make it a viable choice

One of the advantages of being away for so long is that I have 2M skill points that I can assign immediately - from when the Learning skills were removed

Thanks for reading.

Since you're pretty set for running missions the only thing I can suggest is get your scan skill higher to make exploration even more fun.
After that get into a Tengu and make ISKies!

For the Basi you lack the emission skills but otherwise your cap skills seem good. So might be a good option to train these skills and go for Logi V and join Incursions.

There is no rush to spend those banked skill points. Take yor time and think it out to suite YOUR gameplay.

That Said:
I put mine towards LONG skills, because I hate 30 and 40 day trainings. I even split some into halves on some skills. So for instance, Large Hybrids only took me 9 days to finish. and Gallente BS only took 10 days to finish.

There is also a general consensus that it's much more efficient to put them towards skills you ar NOT mapped for. Saving even more time.

As for your skills: Nice toon. Max out your missile suports and maybe your shield comps. Stack up some ISK until you have some new direction that catches your eye. When in doubt..Train the skills you already own. Make what you have BETTER.
