Yes ago, there was a site that worked in game that all you had to do was input the amount of rig salvage you had, and it would tell you what rigs could be built.

As I said, its been years, and the old site no longer works. Does anyone know of any current sites that offer this particular type of service, whether ingame or out of game.

Not sure about any web tools but EVEHQ's Prism module includes a rig builder.
