Yes CCP PLEASE just throw out any part of gameplay I'm personally not interested in. Well lets face it I do not play MASSIVE Multiplayer games because there is a Massive amount of different things to do, no I only like doing the same exact thing over and over and over again just like a console non massive multiplayer game.

The ONLY reason I like to play MMO's is because I get to pay monthly to play. Oh whats that I can pay a single monthly fee for console multiplayer and play all games that only allow you to do the exact same thing over and over on different maps... See you later EVE my two brain cells came together and formed a great idea!

I recall one night in a nightclub called the matrix, there I was... Mother of god there I am! Holy f**k.

I do not understand, what kind of problem the OP has.

If she does not like mining, she's not forced to do mining. She might get her minerals from doing missions. Problem solved.
There's no need for removing a feature from the game, if someone does not like it.

Or may i say "I don't like PvP, carebears are hating it. Remove it!" - no. Someone likes it, someone does it.

Same way is mining, Some hate it, some like it. Some do it.

Mining solo is also boring for me, yes. Mining together with corp mates, having a nice chatter on Teamspeak makes it okay even for those, wo does not like it in general.

What was an often used sentence here? ... yes ... "You're doing it wrong!" P

Just end it already. Let missions be the primary source of minerals because unlike AFK mining which I do not enjoy, I like AFK missioning and sell my minerals, there's not a single one that you can't get from missions anyway!

As far as Ice mining goes, it's terrible, just seed the fuel on the market from NPC vendors, and therefore remove another aspect of the game for other people who may enjoy it and just do mission ice, which I might like

I hate to see any job in EVE dry up. It's a sandbox and the more opportunities available the better. I’d prefer they found some way to make mining less AFK friendly, less grind intensive, and less “watch paint drying” dull. That’s true for many aspects of the game in that the DEVs are focused so hard on making EVE feel real in their designs that they’ve forgotten why people play ( I don't mean that harshly.)

So if I don't like a particular part of eve, CCP should just get rid of it. I hear a lot of pilots hate blob warfare so get rid of it? Manufacturing is sort of a pain in the ass, get rid of it. PI is a waste of graphics, get rid of it. We could go on forever.

The inability of certain people to understand why other's may like a certain form of gameplay does not invalidate that gameplay. These anti-mining posts seemingly always posted by non miners are old, childish and pathetic. If you don't like mining, don't do it. There are many many things in eve which suck on a daily basis. PVE can suck. A lot of PVP sucks. A lot of mining sucks. It is a game that oddly enough is greater than it's parts. How about being a bit more constructive and figuring out if 1. mining needs fixing and 2. ways to fix it that keep the sand box a dynamic ecosystem.

Like it or not, mining is a vital part of space civilization. You don't do scifi without some type of asteroid mining.

OP has a point if you have attention deficit disorder which means you should be playing FPS games.

Mining while low intensity is the driver of eve, its the oil, the basis of everything and its in players hands so dynamic to forces such as ganks and war dec denials.

OP point sadly displays limited vision and lack of understanding, we used to have trit at 3 isk because it was seeded by CCP (shuttle reprocessing days) now its much more fun, it has risk reward (to a degree).

OP sadly doesn´t get the real depth of eve

(did somebodies bots get banned?)
