Hello EVE community!

After a 2 day period of trialing I payed my first sub today.
So im just saying 'hey all' to everyone out there.

Now I do like to think I know a thing or two about EVE since ive tracked the game for a long time and ive been watching tons of the PvP video's but I was hoping somebody could answer my question.

Its totally unrelated to PvP but i'd like to know where I can start the Sisters of EVE epic arc and what the requirements for that mission line are.

In advance, thanks and I'll see you out there in that cold, harsh universe!

The solar system you are looking for is Arnon. Talk to sister Alitura there. Your standing to all four races (Gallente, Caldari, Amarr, Minmatar) must be above -4.9 or you will be shot by navies upon entering their space. You can finish entire Epic Arc in a frigate, but I recommend destroyer class ship and a cruiser for the last two missions. The SoE Epic Arc is 50 missions long and most of them do not expire, so you don't have to finish all of them in a one go. When you feel that it's getting too hard, take a break and train skills... or change tactic.

The epic arc starts in "Arnon" (just search for it using "People & Places"). There aren't any requirements other than not having it finished within the last (3 months; I think?). But asset wise, you should have at least a solid fitted frigate; for later missions a Destroyer or Cruiser (not 100% sure about jump gate restrictions for different missions).

If you haven't done so, finish all career agent missions first (even the ones you're not interested in; you might get some additional skill books and ships that will be useful anyway).

Right, thanks!

So destination Arnon and be prepared for a higher challenge than the first career jobs.

I will head there today and start my SoE arc right away!

Let's say that career agent missions are like kindergarden. You can play, try out things, maybe some other kid will hit you, but it's nice, safe and they even give you few space ships. SoE Epic Arc is like a 600km deep hole in a ground with spiders, snakes, spinning blades, Justin Beiber albums, loose explosives and a crazy guy at the bottom with a chainsaw, who thinks you just killed his hamster.... no, just kidding. Have fun.

You realise this just draws me in even more than before right?

Well, I didn't find SoE to be that "Epic", lots of drones easily popped in a dessy, many "haul that to this station" or "go talk to that agent" mission... pretty boring overall IMO.
Only Dagan proved to be a challenge, even his lieutenant went down easily but I was lucky on that one, had a single drone out that got the aggro instead of me, so ... meh disappointed.

That's a good thing, that means that it's more likely that Eve is the game for you. Eve doesn't hold hands, it's a harsh and cruel environment. The more people that see this as a challenge to do the best they can, rather than whine about it being too hard, the better. Best of luck to you.

Just remember guys, the more skilled you are, the less epic that Epic Arc is. Difficulty level is low and it's intended for completely new players, who just ended their career agent missions. I made a mistake and did SoE EA after a month or so in EVE... It was too easy, but still more interesting than regular missions.

Thank you for the response :)

Ill try to get as far in as I can, in that arc mission-set, if something proves too challenging I can always head back a day or so later.
For now I invested what money I made in a heap of skillbooks, like sharpshooting, rapid firing and navigation skills, also a few engineering/electronics skills.

Hopefully the rewards will earn me back what ive spent in short notice, since im considering using that destroyer skill I got.
With a few days training, I might be able to fit my Trasher reward somewhat decently.
Not too long now before I can fit my first T2 module! (small shield booster II)

With that ship, surely progression in that arc will be smoother than my Rifter allows.
