Is there some magic formula for working out how much Ice to compress in a rorqual on 1 blueprint?

I find I struggle to keep up with 4 macks or maybe that's the limits of the ship, the compression blueprints are at Prod Level 12.

thx

The only limit per run is the size of your cargo hold.

Example: I have a cargo bay size of 126k m3. If I'm near my Corporate Hangar array, I can do a maximum 4 runs of 126 units of ice each.

Step 1. Fill cargohold to maximum
Step 2. Use one blueprint and one manufacturing slot to compress all 126 units
Step 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you run out of manufacturing slots or ice

You can compress 126 * 4 = 504 ice in about 1:11:24 (about 36 seconds per run with a PE 12 researched BPO).

Yeah, I'll have to aim to doing max runs.

I know in theory it makes no difference in how many you compress, they all take the same time, think I'm getting 39 seconds per block on a PE12, not sure if I can get it much lower, apart from maybe the -4% manufacturing implant which will get it to about 37.5 secs, which on a full run of 126 would save just over 3 minutes.
